Citipost Mail (part of the Citipost Group) is a Derbyshire based Direct Mail service provider. When we started working with them, the company had recently appointed a new Head of Marketing who concluded that the brand had become tired and inconsistent and the existing design agency were taking too long to deliver projects and missing deadlines. This resulted in staff trying to create their own designs which quickly escalated to significant brand inconsistencies and amateur documents threatening to damage the company’s reputation.
• Retain the logomark and core colours
• Refresh the branding so that it represented the maturing business
• Ensure the brand was one that staff could be proud to be associated with
GCD started by developing a mature colour palette to sit alongside the existing core colours. We created a set of responsive colour coded logos for each of their services and introduced people focused imagery & simple 2D iconography. We worked closely with the Head of Marketing and other external agencies to ensure brand consistency in everything Citipost Mail produced for both internal and external communications and marketing.
