GOLSON Launch New Visual Identity
Take a look at our recent brand identity refresh project for GOLSON. We’ve been working on this one for several months and we’re delighted to be able to share it with you.
The team at GOLSON were concerned that the current identity didn’t give them enough flexibility to ensure that social content didn’t become repetitive and easy to scroll past. The brief was to work with the existing logo mark and primary colours and develop a set of complementary assets that can be utilised in print, online and on socials.
We developed a fully responsive set of branded patterns that can work alongside a range of natural textures and new secondary colours. We have also introduced some new accent typography styles to allow even more flexibility moving forward.
There’s a total of 32 brand patterns and 10 natural textures, all of which can be cropped or overplayed to create hundreds (if not thousands) of on-brand compositions. So the fear of repetitive social content will be a thing of the past.
It’s nearly four years to the day that we started working with GOLSON, who have two salons in Milton Keynes. The pandemic was a horrible time for all involved in the hair and beauty industry, so it really is great to see our clients busy as ever – and with the confidence to be investing in future-proofing their brand identity.
